International Men’s Day took place on Tuesday 19th November and aims to both celebrate male role models and also raise awareness of some of the health challenges faced by men.
We want to encourage men to speak up about their mental and physical health to create a culture whereby men are free to express themselves and not feel they have to hide how they’re feeling.
Help us spread the message to break down the barriers to men accessing the right help and support for their help by purchasing our new “Real Men Talk, Real Men Listen” tee-shirts and hoodies.
Available in sizes small to XXL in tee-shirts and hoodies.
